This new build was designed from the ground up with custom floor plans tailored to a unique pie-shaped, park-facing lot. Our vision was a modern, open, and airy home that feels timeless, inviting, and perfectly aligned with our Beautiful Prairie Living ethos. Subtle transitional Tudor influences blend classic architectural details with modern finishes, resulting in a space that’s elegant, organized and effortlessly lived-in.
Key features include heated concrete floors, abundant storage, black-stained and white oak millwork, custom iron railings, and over-mortared brick accents. Tongue-and-groove ceilings, vaulted beams, and a sculptural staircase add architectural interest, while expansive archways, double kitchen islands, and strategically placed windows frame sweeping park views and flood the interiors with natural light.
