The Broderick KITCHEN renovation

This kitchen renovation and main floor redesign transforms a previously dated and worn space into a modern, functional, and welcoming home. The original tech/computer area built into the kitchen millwork was removed, opening up the layout and creating a more seamless flow. On the opposite side, custom built-in storage lockers were added off the garage entry, providing discreet storage for jackets, backpacks, and everyday items—keeping the space organized and clutter-free.

A small bar area was thoughtfully incorporated into the pantry, offering convenient access for the family’s frequent pool gatherings while combining style with practicality. The entire main floor, upper bathrooms and powder room were fully refreshed with updated finishes, lighting, and materials, creating a cohesive and polished aesthetic. The result is a home that balances clever storage, functional design, and elevated style for effortless everyday living.
